I have to answer yes to every question asked in this e-mail. We (myself and my husband) as consumers, try to prepare ourselves for every scenario we might encounter when making a major purchase. We came into your dealership to view our options on a sign and drive deal we saw on a television ad. We were not sure we would qualify for the purchase.
When we found out that we did not, your team provided us with other options we only thought could be achieved down the road in our future. However, you brought the future to our present in a VERY satisfying way. We did not take the time to research the option of purchasing a used car and came away feeling very satisfied. You kept us within the budget we wanted and yet put us into a vehicle that is safe, reliable, and stylish.
We closed your dealership two nights in a row. While we felt intrusive, your team reassured us that is was not the fact. They took time from their personal life and families. Such sacrifice should not go unrecognized. We were overwhelmed when we left with our new car and I feared having regret when I awoke the next morning. That was not the case. We woke this morning feeling very comfortable with the purchase we made the night before.
We have purchased our past vehicles from Ed Mullinax and always felt extremely happy. When we arrived at your dealership, we felt we were visiting the Mullinax family. For years I have had various types of vehicles; I started out with GM Chevrolet vehicles and had drifted away from them because I felt they lost who they were. I've owned vehicles from Chevrolet, GMC Mitsubishi, Toyota, and Jeep, over the last 15 years all being dealer bought vehicles. I am extremely proud to say that I am back to being a loyal GM Chevrolet owner. GM has really put an exceptional product offering into the market, and my 2012 Traverse is a great example of that. I hope that GM continues to be a market leader with innovation and design to keep people like myself coming back.
The vehicle is only one of the aspects that have made me extremely excited and satisfied with my purchase. My Sales Consultant, Keith Bruce, was extremely knowledgeable and honest about the vehicles and answered all of my questions. Your dealership (and Keith) provided me a level of service and comfort that I have not experienced in quite some time.
The combination of great vehicles and dealerships is a winning scenario for GM, and I am excited to see their future growth knowing that they will continue to deliver high quality, well designed vehicles in the future.
