I came in for an oil change and was told it would be $58 (that might not be the exact price but it?s somewhere in that ballpark) I told the nice lady who is taking care of me that this is a certified preowned used car and two free oil changes were part of the deal and this is one of the free ones I should get? She said we will do the oil change and I?ll see what the system says because it?s not showing that it should be free right now When the service was complete the nice lady told me that I was correct and that the oil change was free (part of the contract when I purchased the vehicle)? I found it very interesting that the cost of the oil change would be $58 if I was going to pay for it but the invoice that I signed the charge listed was only $35? I?m going to assume that the dealership pays for that oil change since it was part of the deal when I bought the vehicle I think it?s funny how if I had to pay for it I would have been charged approximately $23 more than the dealership... There was nothing wrong with the service though... it was quick and very professional I would think the dealership would want to keep the extra $23 difference in the price of the oil change for the customer vs the dealership to itself? I just didn?t look very good for Pat O?Brian Chevrolet? Just sayin?
