Our salesman “Matt” was very nice and helpful, and patient. He was not pushy or making things up to sell us a car. But when he had spent a couple hours with us, here came the manager to seal a deal. We walked away from that offer and began looking at a different vehicle. Just give us the no hassle price and be fair and honest and you will sell cars. We got that feeling with Matt, who was fairly new, but with no one else we encountered. The finance guy could have been more professional. He was pushy, arrogant, non caring, “just sign and get out of my office so I can go home” attitude. I think they become numb to the fact that their job deals with thousands of dollars and really big decisions for every day people. Thank you
