That was great experience, the sales rep helped a lot to accommodate our needs on the new Tahoe and the trade in value of the older Tahoe. Needles to say the sales rep. Rhonda Johnson went over and beyond to make sure we are happy without putting any pressure or stress on us. She is very humble and fun to work with. We left with a smile and hugs. Great service Pat O’Brien, thanks to all who were involved in this pleasant experience. One thing I learned from this experience; before you visit any other dealers stop at Pat O’Brien Chevy to get an idea, they are upfront with their process, no stress or pressure. Then go out and check others and see the difference. Believe me I did and went back to Pat O’Brien regretting going to the other dealership. The advantage I knew what Pat B’Brien offered me so going to another dealership made me insist on getting same or better deal deal, and after 3 hours of stress and pressure felt like being a hostage had to walk away and go back to Pat O’Brien next day and get my New Tahoe.
Everything went great until the 2nd day I putchased the car. It broke down on the side of a highway. I got towed to a dealership that was 35 min from my home. The next day I told Them at 9am I needed a rental and they finally called around 3:30. Truly unprofessional. Also there is a ding in my door that is supposed to be fixed. I have Not received a call. I purchased All weather matts and still haven’t received the back ones.

Work was done by the promised time complete and working well now as expected. However, it would have been best to have had the service advisor confirm coverage for the repairs and parts to be , covered by warranty than to accumulate the additional days and correspondence to arrive at the same end.
While the customer service in the service area seems to have improved, still needs time to convince me it will stay better due to past issues. I prefer to drop my vehicles off in the afternoon due to great counter person now there.

It always takes too long for oil changes. They were short on help and it took 2 hours to get out the door. Big waste of valuable weekend time. They won't match other coupons so I'm going somewhere else now to save money and time.

My salesperson Rhonda Johnosn made my shopping experiance exciting , detailed and very educational . She never gave up or got frustrated with all the questions and uncertainties I had. She found me the perfect truck for me and all in my price range ! She went out of her way to complete the sale all in one day so i could drive home my new ride! I would highly reccomend her and the entire dealership. I look forward to coming back in the future and will gladly refer all my friends and family to her!
