I wish they would have written down what they did to my car. I was told over the phone that this service included fluid top-offs, tire rotation, checking tire pressure, and a couple of other things. The person who let me know my car was ready only told me that they couldn't wash is because of a bike rack. I thought there would be a checked of list, but all I got was a blank. This is twice that I have been surprised ( not pleasantly) by this dealership. Thank goodness the car runs well!
I have been a customer of this dealership for several years. I made an appointment to have an oil change, tire rotation & inspection service. I did not receive a multi-point vehicle inspection report as I usually get. The tire rotation should have shown that it is time to replace worn tires (over 50,000 miles on original tires). Not sure rotation was done, bill shows Tech. did rotation. Service Advisor did not mention the need for new tires. On the first bill, I was charged regular price, had to ask for sale price that was going on at the time.
