Erin Doyle is the best, she showed me some trucks and answered all my questions to help me decide what I'll do when my lease expires. I'm always approached by kind and courteous people while waiting. Very disappointed with Pat O'Brien so far. We recently purchased our car, and I took it in for the "final detail" since that wasn't done when we purchased it, and I was there for 3 hours (although it did include an oil change). The inside was never cleaned, only the outside. Doesn't a detail include the whole car? I had asked for the scratches to be touched up, but they weren't. I had also requested that the rear wiper blade be replaced since it wasn't originally replaced and was broken, but they failed to do so (which I didn't notice until it rained a couple days later). I made a follow-up appt to get the scratches taken care of and the electronics in the front of the car fixed, and I was there for 35 min before they told me the computers were down and couldn't take care of it. Not sure why that wasn't told to me upon my arrival and not after 35 min of waiting. And the touch up paint wasn't done at that point either. So still need to return for yet another appt to hopefully get this taken care of. Hoping this one might be a positive experience. The only thing positive about my experiences so far is that the repair guy was nice and polite.
