It was a wonderful experience! Everyone was very friendly and made us all feel welcomed. Our salemen was wonderful! He was so helpful and kind. What was most awesome was how he was wtih our boys. My 03 Tracker was one month and a few days under the 10 year mark and I was sure I would be given a hard time BUT unbelieveably it was absolutely no problem. The cross member was replaced and the car was given a alignment and it is now back home. Totally amazing that GM could estimate the ten years for the cross member to rust out. Well I found my veh online. I emailed first to inquire. Then A.J. called me to follow up and arranged for me to take a test drive. I drove out to Vermillion to test drive. I made my purchase, traded my vehicle in. I was impressed with the upfront pricing. I am a Cleve Police Officer, I heard O'Brian usually likes to sell to Cleve Police, I received no brakes, but that's ok I will let them know that told me that. I asked to throw in Mud Flaps they said they couldn't do that. I asked if they could get the locking lug nuts that I have on my vehicle I traded in they said they don't have any for the Chevy Captiva. I guess I will check that out later. They got locking lug nuts on my aluminum wheels I traded in. I was thought of Rain Guards after purchase and on my way home as I had those on my trade in vehicle. I purchased my vehicle in Vermillion due to the vehicle being transferred there. I am driving out Medina Monday morning to give them spare keys and mats for my trade in vehicle. Just for me going out of my way to hunt down vehicle. I would think they could have thrown in Rain Guards or Mud Flaps. Oh Well Even though there is no haggle pricing. Last Thursday I took my 2010 Chevy 4 cyl Colorado in because of a CEL coming on. I was quite upset to find a P0017 code issue. I had put 11,000 miles on it and the warranty was about to expire in a few days. Something that major on a well cared for vehichle is of great concern. After researching I discovered this was a common issue with the Colorado. The parts came in and my truck was returned to me Tuesday afternoon.
